Tiffany style Christmas Tree Decoration Workshop

A one-day course for those new to glasswork. The day will include:-

• Practice cutting glass, before selecting glass for your chosen design

• How to use a glass grinder

• Wrapping individual pieces with copper foil

• How to flux and solder the pieces together

You will make 2 or 3 Tiffany style tree decorations, such as baubles,

stars, trees, and angels. Patterns will be provided or you can bring your

own designs. All glass, tools and equipment will be provided.

Spaces are limited to allow for individual support.

We recommend you wear old clothes or bring an apron.

Please bring a packed lunch.

The day will involve standing for much of the day. Please wear

comfortable, closed toed shoes/ boots.

Due to lead content in the solder this workshop is not suitable for those

who are breast feeding or pregnant.

Date: Saturday November 9th 2024

Times: 10am – 4.00pm (the finishing time may run over a little,

depending on progress.
