Therapeutic Arts workshop awakening and cultivating a sense of adventure which helps us conquer the fear of the unknown both in art and in life.

Through the symbolic ‘Hero’s journey’, we will travel together in drawing, painting & multi-media. Our invented hero character will enter a story, facing various challenges and creatures of our imagination. We will safely guide our hero through the perils and eventually receive a treasure as a reward.

As part of a workshop series Awaken your Inner Artist, focusing on nurturing creativity in your art and every-day life.
