30^th September - Adding Texture

In this workshop, Kevina will demonstrate 6 different techniques you can use to add texture and interesting patterns to enhance your watercolour paintings. You will learn in depth how these specific techniques work and how to apply them to your artwork with ease.

Workshop 3

14^th October - Butterflies

This workshop will show you how to paint beautiful, effective butterflies using watercolour paints. You will be guided with tips and demonstrations to help you take your next painting with confidence.

Workshop 4

28^th October - Painting Trees

This workshop is a wonderful introduction to the wet on wet technique. This loose, flowing technique will enable you to see all the possibilities and the simple joy of using watercolour to create unique marks and to loosen up your painting style.

Workshop 5

11^th November - Bumblebee

In this workshop, Kevina will show you how to create a bumblebee with the simplest of touches of watercolour. This is a lovely introduction to working confidently with this quick, flowing medium and to create different paint effects.

Workshop 6

25^rd November - Portraiture

To achieve a complete detailed piece, you will be shown how to apply layers of watercolour to create facial contours and definitions, and how to achieve colour mixing for tonal values and light by using fluidity techniques of watercolour.
