An introduction to Wire Sculpture.

We will be using various fine, flexible wires and learn to construct your wire sculpture to take home. Choose an animal you like, as a hare, a small garden bird or any other subject. You may bring a reference image or a sketch of your own to work from, but this is not necessary. Our tutor will guide you through each step of the process with sculpting demonstrations and guidance, while exploring shaping, joining and wrapping techniques.

All the basic tools and materials will be provided.

The final design will be free standing or on a wood base.

This workshop is beginner friendly and suitable for all skill levels. No previous experience is required to enjoy this workshop.
